Verizon Global and Swisscom Enterprise made a partnership to take the two companies' co-operation to enable the provision of enhanced global service and support capabilities to Swiss multinational companies and companies with operations in the Swiss market.

The Swisscom and Verizon alliance offers Swisscom customers with multinational operations seamless access to Verizon's expansive global network and solutions. Verizon's customers with operations in the Swiss market benefit from Swisscom's extensive local market expertise, dense infrastructure and customer service organisation. Working together, Swisscom and Verizon offer customers a consistent, high-quality experience and a comprehensive suite of voice and data services, thanks to a worldwide, streamlined service offering including integrated networks, convergent services, security, seamless processes and comprehensive customer services.

This project covered intercompany set-up and Verizon product enabling within Swisscom to enrich the Swisscom Global Portfolio with Managed LAN, Managed WLAN, WAN Optimisation Services, WiFi for Business and Secure Cloud Interconnect from Verizon.

Swisscom - SBCon & My SME Office Product Prep & Migration

About a 20'000 Swisscom Enterprise Customers use the SME «Business Internet Light» product, and about a 1'500 use «Business Internet Standard». Both products will be replaced till end of 2017, Enterprise customers have to be migrated to the new products generation («SmartBusiness Connect» and «My SME Office»).
This project covered backend systems products capability enabling, tool-chain adaption, workflow and processes definition, documentation, piloting and operational readiness assurance. On top we delivered the management decision facts for the products migration plan 2016-2018 (efforts, costs, risks, timeline).

Swisscom - Cisco ISE Operated by

This Product Development Project enables Swisscom to provide its Enterprise Customers with Cisco Unified Access on Cisco Identity Services Engine (ISE) and Converged Access (Catalyst 3850), operated-by Swisscom. The Cisco Identity Services Engine prevents any unauthorized access to the network while providing highly flexible operational access management, thanks to centralized policy management and automated network management and configuration procedures. The project contained managed service development, tool-chain and processes development, documentation, operational readiness assurance.

Swisscom - LAN Interconnect Service Availability Monitoring

Swisscom LAN-Interconnect Service (LAN-I) is a modern managed network product with high security for company-wide communication (Connect national and international sites via global data network WAN). Project focused on IPv6 enabling (LAN-I IPv6 Dual Stack, IPv6 Operational Readiness), and Implementation of an innovative technological approach to detect and monitor short service disruptions, alarming and service quality reporting.
